1. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jutiya in compliance with these terms.

You may not copy, frame, sell, or create derivative works from Jutiya content except content you created yourself.

By posting content on Jutiya, you grant us a worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and process that content for platform operations.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including automated scraping, unauthorized account activity, or deceptive conduct.

You must not post content that is illegal, prohibited by platform policy, or violates the rights of others.

We may moderate, limit, suspend, or remove content and accounts at our discretion to protect users and the platform.

Without written permission, you may not reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, or integrate Jutiya APIs and software in unauthorized ways.

You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices, or use Jutiya to infringe intellectual property rights.

When you purchase paid listings or services, you authorize applicable charges to your account.

Fees are generally non-refundable, including in cases where content is moderated, delayed, or removed under policy.

Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension, content removal, legal action, and recovery of damages where allowed by law.

We may seek injunctive relief and other remedies to prevent repeated abuse or harm to platform integrity.
